VROOM Meeting

  • Visit https://vroom.truevirtualworld.com or open the True VROOM app on your device. 
  • Click Sign Up to create your account. 
  • Once you are done with signing up, you will receive a verification email at the email address associated with your account.
  • Complete the verification steps in the email and click Sign Up to complete the process. 
  1. Click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and click send
  3. Check your email for the password reset email. 
  4. Click on Reset My Password and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  • Visit https://vroom.truevirtualworld.com or open the True VROOM app on your device. 
  • Click on Start an Instant Meeting to start a meeting or click on Create a meeting for later to schedule a meeting for later
  1. Click on Share-link next to the meeting ID
  2. A pop-up window will appear
  3. To share a meeting click on Copy link or click on Share via email
  1. Click on Share screen
  2. Choose the screen that you want to share
  3. Click Share 
  1. Click More Menu at the bottom right of the screen
  2. Click on Participant list 
  3. Find your name on the participant and click on More Menu to find the option to Mute everyone else
  1. Click Check your audio and video button
  2. Check to see if the Microphone and Speaker are connected
  3. Click Play a test sound to check your device audio
  1. Click Check your audio and video button
  2. Check to see if the Camera is connected
  3. Click on Preview screen on the left

VROOM Live Streaming

On web browser

  • Moderator
  1. Log into True VROOM Meeting and create a Main Meeting Room 
  2. Click on More action and then click on Start Live Streaming
  3. Click on Share link to share the live stream with attendees
  • Participants 
  1. Click on shared-link to join a live stream

On mobile device

  • Participant 
  1. Press shared-link to join Live streaming room 
  • Yes, a live stream can be recorded. Click Start Recording. The live stream recording will be stored on your profile.
  • Click More Action (the three dots), select Start Live Streaming Click, and then Copy Share Link
  • Click Share Link button located next to the meeting room name on the bottom bar and then select Copy Link 
  • The host can invite up to 15 people into the main room to manage a live stream
  • Yes.
